When entering the facilities

  • *For those who have an acute disease (particularly when they have a fever), active tuberculosis, malignant tumor,
    severe heart disorder, respiratory failure, renal failure, bleeding disorder, profound anemia, or other diseases in progress,
    or those who are pregnant (particularly in the early or late stages), please refrain from taking a bath.
  • *People with tattoos, regardless of the size of the tattoo, and those who are drunk are not permitted to enter the facilities.
  • *Please refrain from entering the facilities in a bathing suit.
  • *Outside food and beverages are not allowed in the facilities.
  • *Pets are not allowed in the facilities.
  • *Those who have a skin disease or other infectious disease are kindly requested to refrain from entering the facilities.
  • *Bad manners and behavior that create a nuisance for other guests are strictly prohibited.
    We may not allow such persons to enter the facilities or we may ask such persons to leave the facilities.
  • *Use of the facilities by elementary or junior high school students alone is not allowed after 6 o'clock in the evening.
  • *Use of the facilities by persons under 18 years of age after 9 o'clock at night is allowed when accompanied by parents.
  • *During the year-end and New Year holidays, Golden Week, and Obon holidays, the Saturday, Sunday, and holiday rates will apply.

Use of the facilities

  • *Guests are allowed to take one bath per use.
  • *Please return the bag of bath and face towels we provided to the front desk when leaving.
  • *Please leave valuables in a locker.
    (We assume no responsibility for lost or stolen items in the facilities.)
  • *Whenever you leave the locker room, please be sure to lock the locker.
    (We assume no responsibility for lost or stolen items in the facilities.)
  • *Please be advised that if you should lose the locker key or the shoe locker key, we may demand 3,000 yen as compensation.

When taking a bath

  • *We ask those who have high blood pressure or heart disease to refrain from taking a bath.
  • *Those who are pregnant or who are under medical treatment should consult their physician before taking a bath.
  • *Please watch your step when taking a bath as the floor in the bathroom is wet and slippery.
  • *Please refrain from taking a bath when you are under the influence of alcohol.
  • *No food or beverages are allowed in the bathroom.
  • *When taking a bath, please first pour the hot water over you a few times.
  • *Do not lean over the open-air bathtub. It is very dangerous.
  • *Please refrain from taking a bath with a diapered baby.
  • *Please refrain from mixed bathing when persons taking a bath are 10 years old or older.

Notes for Shape-Up Bath for females

  • * Since the Shape-Up Bath is one meter deep, please use caution when taking a bath.
    In particular, please use the greatest caution when you take a bath with small children.

Notes for High-Temperature Sauna and Clean Groom Room for males

  • *Do not bring flammable materials, such as newspapers and magazines, into these rooms.
  • *Please take off metal rings, metal necklaces, glasses, and contact lenses before taking a sauna.
  • * Do not pour water over the stove.
  • *Since the stove becomes very hot, do not place any object on it or cover it with flammable materials.
  • *Do not bring your face or hand close to the stove.
  • *For those who have heart disease, infectious diseases, high blood pressure, or arteriosclerosis and those who are
    in bad shape or prohibited from taking a sauna by their physician, please refrain from taking a sauna.
  • *Since the temperature in the Clean Groom Room is set at -10℃, please exercise caution when using it.
